Size is large enough to fill the space with other balloons and even to use as a photo prop.
Quality is as expected for balloons. It comes with a straw to blow up. Holds air well and what I’ve found with these types of balloons is not to over inflate too quickly or it may pop.

If you want a foil balloon for both Helium or standard air, this is exactly what you are going to get. The size is exactly as advertised and the quality of the foil is on-par with what you'll get from your local florist. It inflates easily with a common straw, and what's nice is that you can insert the straw later to re-inflate if required.
This will essentially last forever with proper care making it one of the most efficient value-to-cost balloons I have ever bought.
I used this as a photo prop for a birthday party and it was such a hit ! Its great quality, print looks great and it's the perfect size to toss around and take photos with.
